* If the applicant previously had the USSR or Belarusian citizenship, he or she must submit the document proving the loss of the USSR or Belarusian citizenship.

Documents: A valid original passport or travel document with not less than two blank pages available for the visa. The passport must be valid not less than 90 days beyond the date of planned departure from Belarus. One recent passport-sized (45mm x 35 mm) color photograph (80% faces) on white background

* Visitor (private) visa - First, last name, address, phone number of person who you are going to visit

* Transit visa (valid for up to 1 year, allowing stay in Belarus no more than 48 hours) – a valid visa of the country the applicant is travelling from/to via Belarus (e.g. Russia). If such visa is not required – a copy of the ticket, itinerary from a travel agency or any other documents confirming the applicant's trip to the country of destination.

* Short-term (tourist) visa (up to 30 days, short-term single or double entry), a written request (a tourist voucher) by a Belarusian tourist company, or a written request by a rest house or rehabilitation centre, or a written invitation by a national of Belarus and supporting documents that confirm her/his ownership of an agro tourist homestead in Belarus.

* Business long-term visa: (commercial visit without intention to work, up to 90 days within a year):

· a written request by a Belarusian company on the official letterhead signed by a company executive and sealed by a corporate seal;

· proof of registration of a Belarusian company (extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs of Belarus issued by the Ministry of Justice of Belarus);

· a copy of the contract between Belarusian company and the applicant or the company where he/she works;

· a document certifying that the applicant is employed by that company.
